Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Worm Tonic! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return Process: Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team through worm@wormtonic.com within the 30-day window. Return Authorization: A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Return Shipment: Carefully pack your unused and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RMA slip. Ship the package to the address provided. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.
Customer Requirements: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for used items, items damaged due to customer negligence, or items without a valid RMA number. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or excessive returns.
